Montverde Movers provides moving and storage services, including but not limited to local moving, long-distance moving, commercial moving, residential moving, and storage services. All services are subject to availability and are provided as described on our website and/or agreed upon during the service agreement.

3. Service Agreement

A service agreement may be required prior to moving or storage services being provided. The agreement will outline the scope of the services, pricing, estimated time, and any additional details specific to your needs. Any changes or cancellations to the agreement may result in additional fees.

4. Payment Terms

Payments for services are due as outlined in your service agreement or upon completion of services, unless otherwise agreed. Payments can be made by credit card, debit card, bank transfer, or other methods we accept. Late payments may incur interest or other charges as specified in the agreement.

5. Cancellations and Rescheduling

If you need to cancel or reschedule your moving or storage service, please notify Montverde Movers at least 48 hours before the scheduled service. Cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled service may result in cancellation fees. Rescheduling requests will be subject to availability.

6. Client Responsibilities

As a client, you are responsible for the following:

• Providing accurate details regarding the items to be moved or stored.
• Ensuring that your belongings are properly packed, unless you choose to purchase our packing services.
• Preparing the moving area to ensure accessibility.
• Ensuring that no hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or prohibited items are included in the move or storage.

7. Prohibited Items

Montverde Movers reserves the right to refuse the transport or storage of certain items, including but not limited to:

• Hazardous materials
• Flammable liquids or gases
• Firearms or ammunition
• Illegal substances
• Perishable goods (unless specified in storage agreement) If you have questions about whether an item is prohibited, please contact us prior to the service date.

8. Insurance and Liability

While we take every precaution to handle your belongings with care, Montverde Movers is not liable for damages or loss caused by factors beyond our control (e.g., weather, traffic accidents, or natural disasters). We recommend that you secure proper insurance for valuable or fragile items. If you choose to purchase additional insurance, please refer to the specific terms outlined in your service agreement.

9. Damaged or Missing Items

In the event of damaged or missing items during the move or while in storage, you must notify Montverde Movers within 48 hours of the completion of the service. Claims will be reviewed, and any reimbursements will be made according to the terms outlined in the insurance or service agreement.

10. Storage Terms

• Duration: Storage services are available for short-term or long-term options, based on your needs. We will agree on a storage duration at the time of the service agreement.
• Access: You will have access to your items during business hours or as agreed. Access outside of business hours may require additional fees.
• Security: Montverde Movers takes steps to secure all items in our storage units, including video surveillance and locked units. However, we recommend that you secure insurance for your items, as we are not liable for any damage or theft that may occur during storage.

11. Confidentiality and Data Protection

We respect your privacy and handle all personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Your information will not be shared with third parties without your consent unless required by law.

12. Limitation of Liability

Montverde Movers is not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our liability is limited to the direct loss or damage to the property during transport or while in storage, and only to the extent specified in the service agreement and insurance policies.

13. Force Majeure

We will not be held responsible for delays or failure to deliver services due to circumstances beyond our control, such as extreme weather, strikes, government actions, or any other unforeseen events.

14. Termination of Services

Montverde Movers reserves the right to terminate any agreement or cease services at any time if there is a breach of these Terms, non-payment, or any action that threatens the safety, security, or integrity of our services.

15. Modifications to Terms and Conditions

Montverde Movers reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page and become effective upon posting. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically to stay informed about any changes.
